伺服電機(jī)和步進(jìn)電機(jī)的區(qū)別
七大區(qū)別:
1、控制精度。步進(jìn)電機(jī)由步距角決定,伺服電機(jī)由編碼器控制。
2、低頻特性。步進(jìn)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速慢會(huì)出現(xiàn)振動(dòng),噪音等現(xiàn)象。伺服電機(jī)沒(méi)有此現(xiàn)象。
3、矩頻特性。步進(jìn)電機(jī)高速容易丟步,伺服電機(jī)高速不丟步。
4、過(guò)載能力,步進(jìn)電機(jī)沒(méi)有過(guò)載能力,伺服電機(jī)能承載額定扭矩大1-3倍。
5、控制裝置,步進(jìn)電機(jī)是開(kāi)環(huán)的控制,伺服電機(jī)是閉環(huán)的控制。
6、速度響應(yīng),步進(jìn)電機(jī)響應(yīng)大概在200-400毫秒,伺服電機(jī)響應(yīng)在10毫秒內(nèi)。
7、效率,步進(jìn)電機(jī)效率在60%左右,伺服電機(jī)效率在80%左右。
